| Paul Eaton Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and joined Keith in partnership in 1995. He has over twenty years experience in advising small to medium sized businesses on accounting and tax issues. |

| Melanie Newmarch Mel qualified Association of Accounting Technicians in 2007. She became a director of the practice in April 2007 having ten years experience in the profession. She specialises in advising our smaller clients and has a working knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme regulations and payroll issues. |

| John Hopkinson John manages the practice and deals with the day to day administration. With almost 20 years of experience he heads up our accounts preparation team. |
